Vistara’s all economy aircraft – eternal double edged sword

Vistara's all economy aircraft have been a double edged sword. From operating routes with three class service on one frequency and mono class on another to moving routes to mono class, the airline has come a long way. Yet challenges remain, especially with very low utilisation of the mono class fleet.
